Furor over Qpids Result
I still get taken aback by how angry and upset some people are by the Qpids Grand Finals result. Here are links to some of the more interesting comments:
- Chinnie, MhyZel's 3rd PEX Thread. Argues that the show continuously changed the rules to ensure that PawEl won.
- Chikadora's Qpids Postscript. Quotable excerpt: "It’s a competition to find the best loveTEAM! That’s why I don’t get why Pawel won. It’s supposed to be a team competition. Although I don’t agree that Paw can act well, let’s just say for argument’s sake that she can. Well then, that IS NOT ENOUGH to explain why they won. HELLO!!! Ano si Mikel? Props?"
- Ann and KayeLa, JilWyn's 2nd PEX Thread. Argues that looks are not enough, and that talent has to count for something.
