Inside Man

Went to the theatres on Sunday afternoon to watch Inside Man because I learned that it starred Denzel Washington and Jodie Foster.

I hadn't realized that Clive Owen, Willem Dafoe, and Christopher Plummer were also in the movie until I was watching it already, and that was just icing on the cake. hehe!

I remember reading somewhere before that Jodie Foster is obsessively selective about the roles that she accepts, so I was curious about the movie. She had a great role in it. Tough, mysterious, and smooth.

Anyway, I remember having some mixed emotions after watching this film, because the good guys in the story aren't really that good (morally speaking), while the bad guys in the story are portrayed as not being completely bad.

It's another one of those movies where you've got a mishmash of characters who run around wearing gray (not black, not white) hats. So how you feel about the ending does reveal which side you sit on the moral fence.

Morality analysis aside, I really enjoyed it. :D

    Should still be showing this week. I think it only started last week in the theatres. :D

    the trailer was so intriguing that i had expected the movie to blow me away. would wanna watch it again, though. clive owen looks smokin as a masked bandit. ;-)

    beatlebum: in case you don't get to catch it in theaters, meron akong dvd nito. :-D
